Description: In this three hour session, join MIDL teacher Monica Heiser in a series of short talks, guided meditations, Q&A, and independent practice time. These workshops are perfect for practitioners who are looking for an extended practice time in the comfort of their own home with community and guidance.
Workshop Topic: January's workshop topic will be tailored to the participants. Come discuss what is happening in your practice and find solutions to might be hindering your progress. Emphasis will be on exploring the hindrances that arise in what is shared as well as clarifying MIDL stages and solutions.

Course Summary:
In this 4 week series, Monica will discuss the foundational practices with MIDL to establish a daily sitting practice. Each week we will look at a different Meditation Skill and connect them with understanding how they allow us to move along the path to Awakening in our daily life. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to attend. You are welcome to come to one or all of the classes in the series.
Structure: The class starts with a grounding exercise, a talk, a guided meditation and Q&A.
A different subject in the GOSS Formula will discussed each week building together into one complete letting go skill.
Tips to prepare your space: Creating an environment for your workshop will help you to have the best experience possible.
